Driving people places. Making tea. Coiling cables. Sending rejection emails to failed auditionees. Mopping floors. Logging shots. God forbid, once they actually had me operate a camera.
As I am but a weak and feeble woman (with a strong background in kickboxing - not that anybody bothered to ask), they… Continue

Loch Ness is amazing and film festivals are awesome. So how come it took so ruddy long for somebody to come up with the amazingly awesome idea of a film festival set in and around the serene, beautiful banks of Scotland's most famous body of water? Alas, father and son duo Will and Andrew Doig are busy prepar… Continue

"This is not goodbye. This is just I won't ever see you again." - Frank Drebin, Naked Gun

Hey gals and guys,
In 2008 we shot series 2 of "Night is Day" - there are 7 episodes, 25 minutes each, with music, special effects, sound effects and a LOT of editing! It was a non-funded project, so I've only got up to episode 4 completed, so I thought I'd release episode 1 online for people to watch, and in 3 weeks time I'll release episode 2.
I hope you like it - feel free to comment and say how terrible it is - I won't be offended, much :p

For those who saw the Brothers Quay Animation event at this year's EIFF and/or are familiar with their work, you will need no introduction. Bear with me. Or ignore.
The Quay Brothers (pronounced 'kway,' (like the singer, Finley)) are identical twins born in Norristown, Pennyslvania in 1947. Having attended the Philadelphia College of Art, the Polish posters that were on display on their day of arrival left an deep impression on them. That too and the diaries, notebooks of Franz Kafka 'opened up… Continue
I have been really busy of late most of my time is spent dealing with emails, phonecalls and juggling aspointments. I wouldn't mind but its a nightmare of late to keep up.

I will be looking at more private classes, offering some new and comprehensive classes later in the year, need to get filming out of the… Continue

I definitely think Billy is working for Apple lol. I agree that the price for Celtx is silly. I think most of these apps holds novelty value and nothing more. But you should invest in an iPhone. They're shiny. :P

It is a good website, that is a lot of money to run a website, but I can see there is alot of content on here,I can imagine it being time consuming especially with one person doing it all
Due to the nature of the site, and the large amounts of bandwidth and storage required, as well as all the extras such as people having their own profile pages, MM costs about £35 per month to run. I was always fine with this so long as people made…
Creative Scotland and central station doesn't appeal to me, it's all art house driven media and films and I can't relate to i.
