Crew Wanted for ECA Graduation Film

MEDIAMUPPET member Vicki Reid (profile: here) is working on her graduation film at Edinburgh College of Art; a 10 minute drama which is the story of a man in his 50's re-assessing his life as he faces a future with dementia.

Vicki is looking for a runner and a PA to help on the set. They will be filming from the 22nd to 29th (included) of March. She will be using prime lenses so has lots of kit and props to move about, and thus is looking for a runner to help with lifting and other tasks. It will be great experience working on a set with great lenses, an enthusiastic crew and talented actors. No experience needed just a passion for filmmaking!

Unfortunately no pay as this is a no budget film but you will receive a copy of the film and food on set!

Vicki is an excellent individual to work with. Her most recent film 'Plastic' (pictured), an 8 minute drama, was featured in the Caught Short programme at the Edinburgh Filmhouse, a competition held by Edinburgh Skillset Screen and Media Academy, featuring emerging talent from Scotland. The film was also nominated for awards at the Screentest Festival last month, where it was also screened twice.
